RETURN POLICY 
If you need to return an item to us (whether it be a general return, damaged product or warranty issue) please call 07586 123 180 or email us on info@yayofamilia.uk and someone will aim to assist you.

CREDITS & REFUNDS
Credits or refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, at the discretion of YAYO Familia Ltd. Returned items must be unopened and in re-sellable condition.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.


In the event of a successful warranty claim return, the buyer’s return postage cost will be credited to their account.

Please note that certain sterile items cannot be returned, which includes aftercare, process butter, soaps, liquid soaps, greensoaps, inks, needles and tube sets. We are also unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, except where warranty cases have been agreed.
