Using your product information label (aka batch sticker) to determine your exact ingredients is as easy as B1/S2/H1 (see what we did there?) Ok ok so I need to work on my puns but really it's pretty straightforward when you break it down like that. 

The product code information begins always with a B. In the example below you will see it begins B1 (B for base). If you scroll down this page to the base ingredients section, you will see that B1 represents the base and the ingredients within the soap base. The first portion of this product code is telling you that inside this packaging the customised product uses this base. Is this starting to make sense? 

Let's look at the next portion of the product code which starts with an S. In the example above it says S10. Once again scroll below the page until you get to the information regarding scents, S10 is called Lemon Sherbet and the ingredients / allergens are listed.

Finally, if your product has a H code like the example here, H represents hero... or supercharged if you will. Supercharged products contain cannabidioil (C.B.D) and the H code denotes the strength of the supercharge inside your product. In the example above (H1), it represents 1mg per 1ml of product. If you have a 30ml product it contains 30mg.
