Yayo Familia Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yayo Familia! We aim to provide you with the best service and timely delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below:

Business Hours:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: Closed
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed during our business hours will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are collected from HQ at 2pm each day so any orders after this time will be shipped next working day.
  • Orders placed outside of our business hours, including weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Please note if you order after 12pm (noon) on a Tuesday your order will not be processed and shipped until Thursday which is our next working day.
  • Cut off time for same day dispatch is 12pm (noon) on any of our business days.
  • If you encounter any postage errors, please notify us within 5 days. Failure to do so may result in the claim with the courier being voided, and we may not be able to proceed with compensation.

Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. 

Please note that all shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times are determined by the courier selected and are outside of our control. While couriers aim to deliver within the quoted timeframes, this is not a guaranteed service. Refunds for missed delivery dates are only available if the courier agrees to refund, which is rare. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. These fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Safe Place Deliveries: If there is no one available to receive the order at the time of delivery, the courier will only leave the item in a safe place if they deem the location to be secure.

Indemnification: If you have not utilised the available in-flight options to amend your delivery preferences, you indemnify YAYO Familia Ltd from any loss related to your order being left in a safe place as determined by the courier, along with any evidence supplied.

In-Flight Options: We offer several in-flight options to help you manage your delivery, including:

Nominate a Safe Place: Specify a safe location for your parcel to be left.
Preferred Neighbour Options: Choose a neighbour to receive your parcel on your behalf.
Nominate a New Delivery Day: Reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Change Delivery Address: Update the address where you would like your order delivered.
Hold the Parcel: If you are on holiday, you can request to hold your parcel until your return.
Collect from Depot: Arrange to pick up your parcel from the courier’s depot.
Divert to a Store: Redirect your delivery to a local store for collection.
Notifications: You will be notified via SMS, email, and notifications regarding your parcel's status, enabling you to take control of your deliveries.
